Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. These rules protect both the student’s purchase and the tutor’s reserved time.

24 hours or more before the session
You may reschedule at no charge or request a full refund by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Less than 24 hours before the session
Late cancellations and missed sessions are normally non-refundable because the tutor’s time was reserved. We review genuine emergencies individually and may offer a one-time reschedule.
If we need to cancel
If The 99th Method cancels and cannot provide a suitable replacement time, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.
How to request help
Email hello@the99thmethod.com with the purchaser’s name, email, session date, and your preferred resolution. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
