Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, scheduling details, exam date, practice-score information, messages you send us, and basic website referral information. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to provide tutoring, communicate about your booking, process and confirm payment, prevent misuse, and understand which marketing efforts help students find us.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the service, including Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, and video-conferencing and website-hosting providers. Their own privacy policies also apply.
Storage and your choices
We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for tutoring, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. You may ask to review or delete information that we control by emailing hello@the99thmethod.com.
Students under 18
A parent or legal guardian should contact and book with us on behalf of a student under 18.
